The hotel was very clean, the staff was mostly accommodating. The one thing I was really looking forward to was having a drink by the outdoor fire place that was not working. I was very disappointed in that.

Room was fine. Clean. Everything worked. They were full for the ski season, and everytime I went to get coffee, they were out. The breakfast was not available. People were polite, but not that helpful.
