New beds (expensive) Granite counters Central heat/air Outside.- 52 inch Tv under covered porch that’s 20 by 30 feet back porch in progress. Pellet grill cornhole Call or text roy for guide service

1st annual fishing trip

Very clean, ample room for our boat to turn around, loved the patio area! (Spent most of our time outside when we weren't fishing). The host, Roy, was there for any and everything we needed. With great neighbors, we will definitely return. Our experience was perfect!

New Years Eve

looking to rent a place for just one night so we could enjoy the Frish fry hosted by local stripper guides it was DELICIOUS plus a huge bon fire a nice event, but all other rent places were for 2 nights (didnt need 2 nights)! Thank goodness I saw this place everything was perfect! They even had a gulf cart ready for us to drive highly recommend the ease of getting around was thoughtful.

Buncombe Cabin

Perfect place for a fishing trip or just to play on the lake. The cabin has nice bedding, great after a long day on the water. There is also a great covered outdoor seating area with big screen TV. Great location close to boat ramp. We caught stripers right outside the cove. Had a great time wake boarding and skiing and spend time on the islands.

Such a great location for meeting up with friends and going fishing, the area has great friendly atmosphere, the patio was perfect for visiting and catching up and telling fish stories. The decor matched the area and the beds were super comfortable all and all a great trip
