"Room was right on the ocean. Nobody was swimming on their beach because of seaweed. Main Italian restaurant was closed. They are understaffed. Buffet dinner was mediocre. The bartenders were great and the bar food was very good. The room looked brand new. Only half of the staff were friendly and smiled. (Beware of driving on the island - no shoulders, can’t see around corners because of vegetation.)"

"The property is being renovated a still needs some attention. Don’t count on food or drinks being served in a timely manner. But the beach is amazing. Quiet snorkeling right from the beach is amazing. "

"Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. You would have to wait and lunge for a chair as people got up to leave. Waited over 30 minutes to receive our drink order at bar asked waitress and said that they will get around to it..We left..... similar attitudes throughout resort. Front desk staff was miserable, didn't acknowledge you when approached and they rolled their eyes and looked at you as though you were an inconvenience. Outstanding service was received by Elsa, front desk when checking out, Dominique, waitstaff at breakfast, Dave, shuttle driver. Would not return and would advise others the same."

"Tisha was super responsive to all our questions! We even had our groceries delivered prior to arrival which was so nice to be stocked when we got there after a long day of travel! The villa was honestly perfect for our family of 5. Incredible views and so comfortable. We loved spending time on the deck as well as searching for sea glass on the beach in front! Would love to return! "

"This was our third stay at this property. It’s so clean and has all of the amenities anyone could want. The sounds of waves can be heard from every bedroom. It’s perfect for four couples. It has two full kitchens with ice makers in both fridges. All of the beds are comfy, and the bathrooms have lots of hot water and great water pressure. The Wi-Fi works well here also. Several restaurants nearby. Very safe area with gated property. Would definitely stay here again. The house is amazing and the owner is very accommodating! You won’t be disappointed by staying here. "
