Our caravan in beautiful Challaborough Bay, South Devon. Designed with families in mind, this modern coastal retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay — including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious open‑plan lounge, smart TV, and a private decking area ideal for relaxed mornings or cosy evenings together.

Spend your days hiking the stunning South West Coast Path, surfing the waves, or trying your hand at paddleboarding and bodyboarding on the bay.

The caravan features a spacious open‑plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, creating a bright and sociable living space.

An inner hallway leads to the principal double bedroom, two additional twin bedrooms, a modern shower room, and a separate WC.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private decked area along with a paved space featuring a bench, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The whole caravan is private and exclusively for guests.

There are two parking spaces at the front; please register your car with main reception on arrival.

Please note: Entertainment passes for the holiday park are not included with your stay. These can be purchased separately at the park’s reception.

If you wish to book any on‑site activities, these are also arranged directly through reception.

Guests will need to bring their own towels, as these are not provided.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm (we can welcome you up to 9:00 pm) and check-out is by 11:00 am.
Small and medium dogs are welcome by prior arrangement - please ask when you book.
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the caravan.
The person booking must be 21 or over.
No parties or events.
Guests must follow the park rules of Challaborough Bay Holiday Park at all times.
Please register your vehicle with the park`s main reception on arrival.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
Bedding is provided; please bring your own towels and tea towels.
