The Loire - Luxury Retreat by the Sea in Devon

Set on the flat at the rear of Challaborough Bay Holiday Park in South Devon, The Loire is a modern 2022 Swift caravan with room for the whole family. At 35ft by 12ft, with three bedrooms sleeping eight, it feels far larger than you would expect, and with no hill to climb, arriving with the cases is easy.

Inside, a bright open-plan layout brings the lounge, kitchen and dining area together. The lounge has a large corner sofa, a TV and a double sofa bed, and the dining table seats the family for meals together. The fully equipped kitchen has a full-size oven and hob, fridge, kettle and toaster, and central heating keeps everything cosy outside the summer months.

The master bedroom has a double bed, and there are two twin bedrooms, so everyone has their own space. A shower room and a separate WC make busy mornings easier. The entire caravan is private and exclusively for guest use.

Step outside onto your secure private decking, ideal for morning coffees or relaxed evenings outdoors. Designated parking is right on your doorstep, and we kindly ask that vehicles are registered with the main reception on arrival.

The Loire sits in one of the quieter parts of the park, peaceful and tucked away yet only a short stroll from the facilities and entertainment. The blue-flag beach at Challaborough Bay, Burgh Island and the South West Coast Path are all close by, perfect for coastal walks, surfing, paddleboarding and bodyboarding.

Challaborough Bay Holiday Park offers an indoor swimming pool and sauna, entertainment, dining and family activities. Entertainment passes are not included with your stay but can be bought directly from reception. Gas, electricity and Wi-Fi are included. Bedding and towels are not provided, so please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Small and medium dogs are considered by prior arrangement.

Please register your vehicle with the park`s main reception on arrival.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm (we can welcome you up to 9:00 pm) and check-out is by 11:00 am.
Bedding and towels are not provided; please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
