Lovely stay away. The manager is a really friendly and helpful man. There was some really cool stuff on the site like hens that lay fresh eggs for breakfast and domesticated owls that perched at the entrance. It is right next to the beach which can be followed down to a lovely chip shop.

Very cute accommodation with thoughtful touches, easy reach of beaches and shops, great breakfast and parking right outside. easy check-in and friendly host Nigel. A lick of paint would make it look cleaner especially in the bathroom and the shower was blocked with gunk, more cutlery was needed as only one each of everything we had to keep washing up in-between eating when needing a teaspoon or buttering bread or cutting cheese etc, but we are sure had Nigel been available when we had the issues he would of helped as he was very accommodating, we mentioned the shower on leaving and he apologised and said he would fix it for next person. We would recommend it to others to stay here and if we every return to Norfolk we would book here again.

Short peaceful break with 🐶

Lovely and peaceful and dog friendly. Would prefer to stay in the Stables next time as prefer some kitchen facilities and a larger room but still very good place to stay.

Nigel was very helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast included an array of cereals, yogurts, breads and scrambled egg was available. The site is close to the beach but it was too cold for us to spend any time by the sea.

This is a great venue if you wish to be off grid lifestyle. For us it didn’t quite meet our needs as our dog couldn’t manage the staircase & although we thought we had a shower and separate bathroom we only had a bath. Hot water is at a premium here we found & lacking in water pressure. But truly a great venue if you wish to unplug, & chill. One recommendation I would make, to help dogs relax. Is to the make the gardens private with privacy screens. The dog next door was barky & uneasy to see our dog having a privacy break in our own little backyard.

A lovely pretty place to stay. We stayed in the Wood Lodge. Which was sweet with its own little garden / courtyard. Location is great especially as the beach is a 2 minutes walk where you can go and watch the sunset. I would highly recommend this place, especially as there are different accommodation options to pick from. Nigel was very helpful and welcoming. Extra added bonus is dogs are welcome...

Me and my dog had a lovely relaxing 4 night stay at court yard view. This was our frist time away together. I have only had him for five months. We stayed in pebbles stable. It was very welcoming, clean, warm and cosy. It had everything that was needed. I had very good night sleeps in the comfortable bed. At breakfast there was plenty to choose from and it was all very healthy. Nigel, Carol and saff were very friendly to have a chat to. They were very dog friendly and made a lot of fuss to my dog. This place is in a very good spot to have lots of great walks along this Norfolk coast line. Halfway though my stay some friends of my came to visit for the day and they all said I chose a really lovely place to stay. I will definitely book here again.

Over night get away.

Myself and partner just had the one night away, great set up, accommodation was excellent, quaint and very clean and comfortable. Nigel(the host) was a pleasure to meet and nothing was an issue for him should there of been one. If anyone is thinking of booking here, you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed in the old barn, it was very clean and cosy and only 2 mins walk to the beach. Nigel and Carol were very welcoming and helpful in advising about local amenities and pubs! We also had our dog who got more exercise than he bargained for! Great stay for families with a dog in tow!

We enjoyed our last minute stay in this beautiful property. It was decorated and furnished lovely, very romantic. There was a beach around a 5 minute walk away and a local shop. The breakfast was included, a nice continental which we really enjoyed.

The location was brilliant and very peaceful. The woodshed was beautiful, warm, clean and had good storage for our stay. My son particularly enjoyed breakfast meals, most of all being able to help himself to a wide selection of cereals, breads, waffles, eggs and more. First visit to Norfolk and it did not disappoint. Many thanks to Norfolk coast b&b for your hospitality.

The rustic appearance is deceptive. Our accommodation was as good, if not better, than any we’ve stayed at. The hosts were kindness itself. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Loads of choice, and fresh eggs from the hosts hens. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.
