Located in the hugely popular Burnham Market, Hedgerows is fabulous detached house built in 2021 by a well regarded local company to an extremely high specification. Spacious, luxurious and flooded with sunlight beaming through wrap around bi-fold doors, Hedgerows is a superb holiday choice for multi-generational family groups and friends at any time of year.
Quietly tucked away at the far end of North Norfolk's most prestigious village green, this attractive brick and flint property is comprised of three floors. Upon entering the house via the front door, you are welcomed into a bright entrance hallway featuring a return staircase with glass balustrade. Continue straight ahead to enter the vast sociable living/dining space; the true heart of the house. Stretching out to form two inviting sitting areas, and opening out into the private, enclosed garden at the back of the house. To the far end sits a very smart high-tech well-equipped fitted kitchen that provides everything that any enthusiastic cooks could need. A generous sized utility room with a side entrance door is the perfect spot for drying off large and small people, and four legged friends, after a day spent exploring in the big outdoors. The choice of two sitting rooms allows everyone to spread out. Both offer big comfy sofas and a widescreen Smart television with SkyQ, meaning there is no need to fight over the remote!
Upstairs on the first floor, are three beautifully furnished bedrooms; a master bedroom with super-king bed, two king-size bedrooms and a bunk room, with a double bed on the lower half. Three contemporary bathrooms serve the bedroom; two of which are en-suite, and a third boasting a free-standing bath and a large walk-in shower. The second floor hosts two further bedrooms; both king-size, one of which can be made up as twin beds on request. A spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower accompanies these rooms.
Outside, the garden features a large patio area, with rattan garden furniture and accompanying barbecue. From here, four steps lead up to an expanse of lawn, where you can catch a glimpse of glorious uninterrupted countryside views.
Burnham Market has something for everyone - great pubs, restaurants, cafes, independent boutiques, art galleries, jewellers, lifestyle shops, a village store, a fantastic fishmonger, a family butchers, a bakery and an ironmongers and a petrol station! You don't really need to venture far if you wish to remain local. However, with stunning beaches on the doorstep, endless walks along the North Norfolk coastal path, an array of historic estates and plenty of charming coastal villages to explore, you might not be able to sit still for too long!
