I’ve stayed in their older rooms and the newer upgraded rooms both clean and as Far as older hotels go for while staying out of town for work , I’d compare the beds to a holiday inns .and Thad’s what I would compare the upgrade rooms too up to par with a holiday inns or hamton inn

Location - excellent, near downtown, food places. Parking was adequate. Room - "newly renovated", did not have hangers, hair dryer, foot towel, missing towels, trash can. Air conditioner did not work at night-time? Refrigerator had a bad smell, we had to move to another room. Staff: Dahlia was very helpful and friendly; the rest were just there to do a job.... No lobby hours posted! Had to call main number for missing items.

I was very impressed with this hotel! Such a huge difference between this hotel and the Motel 6 located next door. The staff were welcoming and efficient. We needed an early check-in and they immediately tended to cleaning the room so that they could accommodate us. The room itself was all brand new, spacious, and clean, and the beds were super comfortable! The only downfall was that they were in the middle of construction so the pool was closed and there was no breakfast, but we did get it at a discounted price.

The property is undergoing remodeling. However, the bedsheets were dirty (stain) the bathroom was dirty not properly clean. The towels were also dirty. Other guests were smoking on the non-smoking area. The room was big and there was plenty of open space to place our luggage.
