The Space:

Step inside to find an open living, kitchen, and dining space designed for togetherness and comfort. In the living room, unwind on the plush couch or love seat while enjoying a movie night on the smart TV. Just beyond, a dining table for six offers space for shared meals and laughter, while the adjoining kitchen—complete with white cabinetry, appliances, and counter seating for three—makes cooking a pleasure. Slide open the doors to your covered balcony, where a dining table for four awaits. Here, you can sip your morning coffee or share dinner as you take in incredible mountain views above the treetops, a peaceful reminder that you’ve truly escaped to the Ozarks.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, a kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a top floor walkup unit with one staircase with 18 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

•NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WITH SIGNAGE PERMITTED.

•DO NOT BACK INTO PARKING SPACES.

•No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk.

•Parking pass must be filled out and displayed in vehicle(s) at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the completed pass is not displayed.

•No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes tool boxes, kayaks.

•No over-size vehicles.

•No trailers other than boat trailers.
