This property was absolutely stunning! We visited in April, and although the weather was a bit chilly and rainy, the home offered plenty of space to stay comfortable, enjoy fresh air, and relax by the fire. The swim spa was a great added perk.I especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom, the home was very clean, and there was more than enough space for everyone. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay.We would definitely visit again!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need the home was cozy and decorated nice. The Beds were a tad bit uncomfortable but doable. The swim spa was amazing and clean. The only downside was the parking, with so many houses and so many people, and some not being respectful and taking our parking spots and my mother being handicap and having to walk farther then what she should have, but luckily that happened that last night we were there and not the whole entire time. We would definably stay here again!

Great house with fantastic views!

House is perfect for large group, had 15 total. Lots of space, just as pictured on website. Huge hot tub, putting green, tons of outdoor seating. Comfortable beds, great open kitchen and views from the decks were amazing. Highly recommend!!

This house was amazing. From the cleanliness, spacious living spaces, massive hot tub, and beautiful views, we could not have been any happier. The rental company was so easy to work every step of the way too. Was truly perfect for a multi-family vacation spot.

Worth it

We had an amazing time at this house. The house is clean and the furniture is comfortable. The kids had a great time with the games and community pools. The views are absolutely spectacular. Would definitely recommend this house to all age groups.

The weather didn’t cooperate, but we had a great time in Kimberling city anyway. The outdoor pool was a bit cold for the kids, so they stayed in the hot tub most of our trip. The view the view the view!

Beautiful view!!

It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. We had so much room for everyone. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the putting green. The pool was just a short walk across. Very nice house!

We come every year with a large group. This year we had to break it up into 2 houses. This house and BOHO. We always have a great time. We will try to all stay in the larger house again next year. It is just easier for meal time to all be together.

Outstanding views from our decks! The family loved all the bedrooms with baths! Kitchen could use cookware for microwave, etc. TV channels, meh! Houses are close together and you could hear neighbors laughing outside and playing Cornhole until the wee hours of the morning almost every night…

Family trip

This property was big enough for all of us to have a room and a bathroom to ourselves if we wanted it. A little more property detail would have been nice, such as the fact that there was a pack and play on site so we didn’t have to bring one, and we never got a property booklet. Also, there were all kinds of kitchen tools, except for a can opener, which seems like a really basic thing to be missing, especially when there was a garlic press and a lemon squeezer. But maybe someone else walked off with it and no one noticed. If we were staying longer we might have said something, but since it was a weekend trip, we just decided to mention it here. The hot tub was great, as was the fire pit, the mini golf, and the arcade game. We appreciated a tv in all the rooms and the giant space. The large table was really nice. The only other kitchen thing I would want there would be some kind of baking dish. The only other thing I would recommend to have there would be board games or card games, but I don’t know how feasible something like that is. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the giant hot tub. This was a great location for us.
