The outside could be worked on a bit,but over all it was a comfortable stay,the bed was really comfortable and clean and whoever the housekeeper is who decorates the towels should get a raise that’s what sealed the deal for me it actually put a smile on my face when I saw it.

This is a very tired property in need of a complete redo. Staff is friendly. Room 219 over front foyer hears electric doors opening and closing. The entire floor shakes when walking upon it, such that the furniture rattles.

It was a quiet and clean place to sleep. That's the most important thing. The room was listed as a Double Queen, which was a surprise because when it was owned by Best Western this hotel didn't seem to have double queen rooms, just double Full rooms. So we go it since we had kids travelling with us. Nope, they're still just double full beds. That was flat out untrue. Not a real big deal, just be honest. Breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful, and the outside of the hotel was clean and nice. The floors in the halls and elevators are struggling, but, it's a high traffic area, so, that's to be expected I guess. Nice to have a decent place to stay in town. We'd stay again.

Our TV and phone were both out. No staff member was able to reset them. If we hadn't had a cell phone we would not have had any outside communication. Breakfast was only scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits no additional meats. Some Danish and a waffle maker but no batter.

Front desk was not especially friendly. The first room the TV didn't work. They gave me another room, which had a window with the blackout curtain not working and it was next to the heat pumps and the light on all night, and the heat did not work. The toilet seemed clean but a little smelly. The breakfast was as expected, lots of choices,clean and the staff there was very friendly.

And all the hotels we’ve ever stayed in this bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in even the bed at home is not comfortable. Room was very nice.
