The Swell Suite at Killington is a stylish, beautifully renovated second-floor condo located just down the road from Killington Resort. Completely renovated with high-end finishes, the main living area features a fully equipped open kitchen with island seating, a dining area, comfortable living room, full bathroom, and private balcony.After a day on the slopes, unwind by the gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV. During the warmer months, relax outside on the balcony or enjoy the comfort of air conditioning indoors. The spacious primary bedroom is located just off the main living area and features two queen beds, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms offer heated floors and showers with rainfall and handheld shower heads for an added touch of comfort. A shared washer and dryer are conveniently located in the entryway. With a comfortable layout, modern amenities, and a convenient location near Killington Resort, The Swell Suite is a great home base for enjoying Killington in every season.

• We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check-in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The tap water in the unit is not suitable for drinking. A water cooler with drinking water is provided in the unit for guest use.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
