Located at the base of Killington Mountain, this spacious retreat is ideal for ski vacations, family getaways, and year-round adventures.

The main level features a bright and inviting living room with a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, and access to a covered balcony overlooking the valley and surrounding mountains. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the dining area comfortably seats six with additional breakfast bar seating.

The main level also offers a queen bedroom and a king primary bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a relaxing sauna. A second full bathroom provides added convenience for guests.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with two twin beds, an additional full bathroom, and a cozy loft with a double bed, creating flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Things to keep in mind:

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.
