The Hideaway Retreat at Mountain Green 1 BR/1 BA Condo, Steps to the Mountain, Amenities.

Welcome to the Hideaway Retreat at Mountain Green. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo at Mountain Green offers a peaceful and romantic escape close to the Killington Slopes. You can walk to the lifts or take the free shuttle in the winter. Inside, the king bed provides a relaxing place to unwind after a day of adventure, and the renovated bathroom adds comfort and convenience. The private balcony lets you enjoy quiet moments surrounded by natural beauty. The kitchen is fully stocked, giving you everything you need to prepare meals or enjoy a slow morning with coffee. You will also have access to Mountain Green's shared pools, hot tubs, saunas, gym and onsite spa when in season. • The gym is open every day. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room are currently open on weekends only through Thanksgiving. All indoor amenities will be open daily from Thanksgiving through Easter.
• The free shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to the end of March. We are also only a 7 minute walk to Snowshed Lodge.
• The shared outdoor heated saltwater pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open from mid-June to mid-September and located outside between Buildings 1 and 2.
• There are Tesla destination chargers available in the upper Snowshed parking lot. Non-Tesla EVs may use these with a J1772 adapter. Overnight parking is not allowed there.
• We have some flexibility around standard check in and check out depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Door codes for the smart lock will be provided for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• The entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet from the building. Please dispose of all butts properly.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
• We welcome families and guests over the age of 25. No parties, large groups or events are allowed.
• Pets are not allowed. There is a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• A community laundry room is available in each building. The condo does not have its own washer and dryer.
• Mountain Green Resort is a large condo complex with over two hundred condos in three buildings. The condos share common hallways and elevators.
• Winter: Building maintenance may access the condo to shovel decks and patios to prevent ice buildup. This is required by the association.
• The town has well water with high mineral content. You may want to bring bottled water if you do not like the taste of well water.
• This condo has an electric fireplace.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend travel insurance for unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are recommended.
