Enjoy the laid-back, quiet atmosphere of Pico Mountain, which features 50 trails and 6 lifts, making it the perfect destination for families to spend a day on the slopes. Conveniently located off Route 4, you’re just minutes away from the renowned Killington Ski Resort, along with its many restaurants, nightclubs, and ski shops.
 
The condo boasts a bright and cheerful contemporary design, with cathedral ceilings that enhance the open living area. Large windows and skylights offer stunning views of the mountain, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy cozy evenings by the wood-burning fireplace, or take advantage of the Wi-Fi and the convenience of a washer and dryer located in the unit.

On the main level, you’ll find a welcoming living room featuring a queen sofa bed and a 37” HDTV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, electric stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee pot, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining area comfortably seats 8, perfect for family gatherings. The main level also includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a 24” TV, as well as a second bedroom with twin beds and a 13” TV, which has an attached shower bathroom. An additional full bathroom is located on this level.
 
The upper level features a cozy loft with 2 twin beds, providing additional sleeping space for your family. Make memories that will last a lifetime at this delightful Pico Mountain condo, where comfort and convenience come together for the ultimate family getaway!


Things to keep in mind:

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs in the unit.
• Minimum age to rent this condo is 25.
• Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Firewood is provided for your convenience.
• Access to the Sports Center at Pico Resort is available for an additional charge.
• Ski-in/ski-out access is dependent on natural snow conditions.
• Shuttle service is available, although schedules and operating times may vary.
• Pico Mountain is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays except during peak periods, including December 25 through January 3 and February 18 through February 20.
• This property is not considered walkable to town. A vehicle is required for restaurants, shops, and getting around Killington.
• A $500 security deposit is required on the morning of arrival. Please see our Policy page/House Rules for additional details.
• The Village Square at Pico Condo Association may issue fines or take enforcement action for violations of community rules.

Village Square at Pico is a peaceful, family-oriented residential community. Please be considerate of neighboring owners and guests and help us maintain the quiet atmosphere of the property.

Home was very cold inside. Wind coming through door. You could see daylight through the door jams. Cable tv did not work. Power went out twice. Kitchen was not very well equipped with cooking items, baking pan, colander, potato masher, etc. Very outdated for the price. Location was great

Great Ski On/Ski Off Location

The condo is perfect if you’re looking for easy access to and from the slopes. The condo is at the base of the mountain and you can see one of the lifts from the living room window. Great place, clean, well kept, and perfect for a little getaway for a small group. The only complaint I have is regarding the check-in process. We had to drive to the facility to sign paper work and review check-in/out instructions. This is also when they provided the code to enter the property. Personally, I feel like this could all be done electronically prior to traveling . It would have been nice to not have to drive the extra 10 minutes passing the property, just to turn around and go back. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, but I do feel the check-in process can improve. Would stay here again!

Perfect Family Ski Getaway

We just returned from a week in this perfect ski condo. The unit is a third floor loft/duplex steps away from the lodge and mountain. It is well equipped with cooking equipment (pans, pots, crock pot, blender, good knives, measuring cups/spoons) and we cooked in every night. We loved the nightly fire and well stocked games. The mountain was great for my 7 and 10 year olds who loved to cruise the blues. My husband and I had a few good turns on the upper mountain. We also enjoyed swimming at the fitness center, so don't forget bathing suits. Check in/check out and rental agency was professional and helpful in all aspects. Can't wait to go back!
