Welcome to Highridge B14, a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath mountain retreat just minutes from the slopes at Killington Resort. Renovated in 2025, this stylish and comfortable condo combines a fresh, updated interior with everything you want in a Vermont getaway—mountain views, a wood-burning fireplace, private sauna, whirlpool tub, resort amenities, and convenient ski shuttle access.

Located on East Mountain Road, Highridge is approximately 10 minutes from the slopes and sits directly on the winter ski shuttle route, making it easy to get to and from the mountain without worrying about parking. When conditions allow, you can even take the Highridge ski-home trail back to the complex at the end of your day.

After a day on the mountain, come home, light a fire, and settle into the comfortable living room overlooking the beautiful Killington scenery. Step onto the private balcony for fresh mountain air and slope views, or relax inside with a movie on the flat-screen TV. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast before first chair or enjoying dinner and drinks after a day of exploring. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six, giving everyone a place to gather.

Upstairs, retreat to the king primary bedroom with its own flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, providing plenty of space for couples, families, or a small group of friends.

And after a long day of skiing or hiking, one of B14's best features awaits: your own private sauna and whirlpool tub. Warm up, relax tired muscles, and enjoy a little après-ski without ever leaving the condo.

Resort Amenities
Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a free shuttle runs on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Killington isn't just a winter destination. Visit during the warmer months for mountain biking, hiking, golf, scenic gondola rides, and some of Vermont's most beautiful mountain scenery.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV charging stations. Guests planning to charge should download the SWTCH App and register before arrival.

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.
