Dirty bathroom, outdated furnishings. TV reception was horrible. Awful quality. Rude staff in the morning. Late/early morning hour was nice. Bathroom smelt horrid. Cockroaches in the hallway. Crunchy towels. Floor creaked and popped everywhere you step. Amenities were so so. Gave a dirty crib for the baby, had to have it swapped. First smelt of cigarettes and mold. She was very polite and corrected the issue promptly. The walls are peeling. Outdated carpet. Did I mention the bathroom— DISGUSTING.

What a Shame.

There is no breakfast on Mondays or Tuesdays and it's not free. Neither the Hot tub or the pool were working, problem with electricity is what I was told. They both looked like they were down for awhile. It's a shame this used to be a Very nice hotel.

A delightful place to stay. Others reviewed it as in need of modernization. But for us older folks it was just the way we like it. Most important the beds were good, which is a priority for old folks. Water pressure in the shower was outstanding. Loved the restaurant at the end of the hallway. Good food! Lovely service too. The lady in charge of the hotel said they would be starting a complimentary morning breakfast for their guests. That has become very important these days. Our only complaint was the pool. The water was not in good condition and the machinery looked like it had not had attention for a while. Please attend to it because it is a nice indoor pool feature. If we come back to visit our grandson at Ft. Hood we will definitely stay at Shilo Inn.

Room was as expected -no complaints except we only had 1 wash cloth. The problem with this facility was the constant marijuana stench. People smoking pot right in front of the hotel constantly. Lobby and elevators smelled like pot as well. Don’t know If we will stay again because of this. The way it smelled tells me this is common there.

The room was spacious and clean, however the TV has very few channels and it’s an old tube style TV. The hot tub and pool were nice but the sauna/steam room were out of order and the paint is really peeling badly over the pool.

Pool was disgusting look like lake water murky the hot tub had a bunch of dirt at the bottom and the rooms are outdated it had a tv from the 2000s. Not worth the price property needs to be updated.
