Good Place to Stay

My room was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have any major problems. It’s nothing fancy, but I didn’t expect it to be. The room did feel a little bit damp. I didn’t have any issues checking in or checking out, and they have a well-lit parking lot. I didn’t go to the breakfast or use any of the on-site amenities, but overall I had a good stay.

Checking in later in the evening was disappointing. Non smoking room smelled very smoky and ac would not cool down room. Hassle to change rooms, but finally a room became free when we had decided to leave. Available room was not cleaned prior to entry. Had to change out bedding and get new towels. Once room situation was resolved the remainder or of the stay went well. Morning staff great at keeping breakfast refilled.

Can’t review much because this was a VERY, last minute, late night stay. I will say that when I dragged in very late the front desk reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It is definitely older but the bed was comfortable, I slept like a rock. Grabbed a quick, decent breakfast and was back on the road.

There are better choices.

Our room had accumulated dust on the alarm clock, the fan in the bathroom had. Burning smell, and the AC/heating unit could not be adjusted. I asked for another room. Same problem with the AC. Third room was okay. The outside of the building showed signs of neglect, and the rooms showed a lot of wear and tear. Not recommended and a poor value for $187.00.
