Escape to this charming holiday home in Killcare Heights, perched right up on the hill with 360-degree views of both Hardy`s Bay and across the ocean to Sydney`s North Head.

This property is perfect for the whole family.
It is spread out across two levels, with a second living space/teenage retreat downstairs and a fully enclosed indoor/outdoor entertaining area with 4 burner gas BBQ and outdoor bath.
The open living/dining area has reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans, and the newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with barista style coffee machine, dishwasher, electric cooktop, and all pantry basics.
Relax on the large balcony that leads off the living area with ample outdoor furniture and views of the beach and bay.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full laundry facilities.
One of the bedrooms has a single bed that can fold out to a double.

Off street parking is available for 1 vehicle as well as ample on street parking.

The company by mistake took an extra payment from my card to the value of the entire stay on booking and whilst they refunded it when I pointed it out, it took many many days and a bit of chasing.
