Very happy with lady at reception. She was welcoming and guided me on my upcoming tours. The lady server at breakfast was very friendly and brought us delicious breakfast according to what we ordered. Enjoyed the skippers at breakfast. Hot and tasty. Chef made delicious food. Thank you!!

The Torc is a highly recommended hotel. From the location, the warm welcoming staff, and the five star dining experience, it’s a must stay hotel. The breakfast in the morning delicious!

The lady at the reception desk was great and the breakfast was good. The place is old and had an odor. Our room was so small we could barely fit our luggage in it. The bathroom was so small too. We tried to get into the Adare Manor Castle but it was already full. The Torc was the only other hotel. Luckily it was only for 1 night.

A quaint old-fashioned-- in good ways-- hotel. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Nice that they have an onsite restaurant, bar and very large breakfast room -- complete with a nice hot breakfast (that even includes Bailey's 😁). And a lift/elevator. Only 2 complaints: 1). One must either drive or take a taxi into town-- no public transportation close by and (2) No A/C or fans. Overall, though, a lovely place to stay.

Lovely stay

Lovely quite hotel abit outside the town. Check in was easy, staff were very friendly, room was immaculately kept, food in bar was amazing. My only negative was room service knocked and walked into our room at 9am on the sunday morning! Check out wasnt until 11am, i wouldve queried this upon check out but there wasnt anyone on reception.

Beautiful historic hotel that was convenient to us as we finished a day long trip around the ring of Kerry. Had dinner and bar available late. The best Irish breakfast we have had this week! Would definitely recommend and return!

More like 2 star entrance. Bed is too big for room. Tea/ coffee facilities are a paper cup with instants in a plastic bag. Bed and pillow very hard. Breakfast was greasy
