The staff was extremely friendly, and the hotel is very tidy. The pub and restaurant on location are beautiful too. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to the restaurants and retail. The national park sites are very close too. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a quick one night visit to Killarney. Location of this hotel is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Don’t plan on sleeping in a bit…. Housekeeping staff set up all cleaning carts and dirty laundry bags in the hallway and are talking loud to each other starting a little after 7am. Not considerate of sleeping guests.

This hotel went above an beyond to make our short stay memorable and amazing. We got switched to a beautiful room overlooking the square and we couldn't have been happier. It's within walking distance to everything you need; carriage rides, fresh made fish and chips, movie theatre, pubs, coffee shops, shopping street, etc. We will be coming here again 100%. Highly recommend checking out their bar it has the coolest vibes!
