Our experience at Herbert House was amazing. The property is close enough to town and the railway station but not so close as to be bothered by street noise at all. The house itself is tremendous and a delight to the eyes. Do NOT miss breakfast! It is more than enough food to tide you over until the afternoon. Last but not the least, the hosts are wonderful and make the stay entirely worthwhile.

I stayed at Herbert House guest house on 29th May 26 for 2 nights .The location is only a few minutes from Kilarney town centre and in the opposite direction a few minutes walking to Gleneagle hotel were the Harley Davidson festival is located.The rooms at the property are well sized and very clean. There is also a small kitchen for tea/ coffee etc.Cooked breakfast is available if required. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended đź‘Ťđź‘Ś

Charming B&B. Everyone was warm and helpful; we had breakfast there both days, and it was probably the best breakfast we had in Ireland. Very clean, very comfortable, walking distance to town and across the street from a Hop On Hop Off bus stop. We feel very lucky to have been able to stay at Herbert House, a lovely place!

Very walkable to downtown Killarney and there is a great pub across the street with music. Breakfast at Herbert was fantastic and reasonable. The owner and staff were very nice. The only thing that could be improved is the carpeting inside the sleeping rooms.
