It was our first time staying here and we enjoyed it! The balcony was perfect! We ate dinner on the property one night and it was very good! Staff was polite and friendly. We will definitely return!
Rail in front of room door bout to break not safe! Balcony door not locking - had to move to another floor which was inconvenient!!
Why pay this price having to deal with these issues being not a safety priority for their customers!!!
We enjoyed our recent stay! The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Big balcony. Convenient free parking. Onsite restaurant was great. Decor, furniture and finishes were outdated if your into those kinds of things being modern. Balcony door in our room didn’t lock, so if you have small children that is not ideal (may have just been our room). Air conditioning was not cooling as much as we would have liked, but we are used to it being 68 at home and this one would cool to 74-72 with it being set as low as it would allow on the thermostat. Not unbearable by any means; you just may need a fan if you like it cold. We would stay again in the future.
Cigarette and pot smoke everywhere including the lobby, elevator and on the balcony. Sheer curtains were black at the top. Spill stains on thefloor near the refrigerator. Slider glass fogged so you can't see the view. Rude housekeeping staff member. HVAC would not cool room. Non working receptacles. Rusty tub drain. Very tired property.
