We are very excited to share our most favorite place on the planet with you. Cottages on the sound offer a unique experience to the Outer Banks, especially ours since it's right on the water. You can swim, fish, crab, kayak, canoe, paddle board, jet ski, boat, and more right off your very own dock for the week-- all while being a short 15 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Kill Devil Hills. Being tucked away on the island is such a sweet, serene escape from the everyday.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as 2 outdoor pickleball courts or take in the view from a garden.

This house has a beautiful view and plenty of room for all of our family. We enjoyed both staying on the sound and the short drive to the beach. There was plenty to do for our family. Ginger was one of the most communicative hosts I’ve ever dealt with. I would definitely book this House again!

The house was roomy and beautiful! We had great views on the sound and only a short drive to the ocean. We enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and relax, swim, and using the paddle board and the kayak. This house is also central to many of the areas attractions. Ginger was great to work with. Any questions we had were answered quickly.
