Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, designer tile floor and raised breakfast bar for extra seating. Sound facing large deck that is accessible from great room and primary bedroom.

Located in Hamilton Cay which is part of the Bermuda Bay Community in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Offers a community club house with fitness center and pool (mini water park complete with lazy river and slide) from Memorial Day to Labor Day. May be open some weekends during May and September. Check pool for exact days and hours of operation.

It's a very convenient one-mile drive to the beautiful Kill Devil Hills beaches. At Mile Post 8.25, the community is convenient to all the local shops, restaurants, activities and attractions that make the Outer Banks the ever-popular vacation destination. I recently had the pleasure to stay here with my husband, our son and my parents. From the garage, to the elevator, our arrival was already showing that we were in a good spot, and we were not let down! The condo had everything we anticipated and more! It was CLEAN, airy, inviting and made you smile just walking in the door! Every kitchen item we could have needed was there and the unit had been beautifully set up to the max! The bedrooms and living space area felt as comfy as being at home. Sitting on the porch with an evening wine or a morning coffee is a must! The host, Jeanne, was fantastic to work with before and during our stay. She was quickly available to us when we had a bit of a hiccup and we couldn’t be more thankful! I wish we had had more time planned in the OBX to enjoy all that it has to offer and will definitely be back. This unit will remain in my favorites with the hope to return for another stay in the very near future!!

It was such a pleasant stay at this condo. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was clear that you put a lot of care into making the space comfortable and welcoming.We especially appreciated, the ocean view, convenient location to beaches and the great restaurants. The amenities made our stay easy and relaxing, and we felt right at home throughout our visit.Communication was also excellent. The instructions were clear, and owners were responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. That made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely consider staying here again in the future. It is clear to see why this property has a perfect rating! This property is immaculate, with anything and everything you need for a comfortable stay! Things I normally bring with me when I travel as I don’t expect hosts to provide, they were all provided here! The unit is so spacious, so beautifully decorated, large deck/balcony, and the view is amazing! The host is kind and very responsive, and I would definitely stay again!

Great location and condo! The views of the sound off the porch were beautiful and the porch was the perfect place for meals. Just beautiful! The photos do not do this place justice. The decor was lovely and the view was spectacular. We loved watching two ospreys taking care of their nest. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were surprised by how stocked it was. If you looked around enough, you would probably find whatever you needed. We’ve stayed in this community before but this condo is now our favorite.

Wonderful property that stands apart within this neighborhood. Incredible views and less traffic so the kids were able to ride their bikes and play outside. Very comfortable accommodations that are well maintained, including basic necessities, like spices etc. that make the stay even easier upon arrival. Host was very responsive and helpful.
