"Excellent stay , bedrooms, spa area , reception exceptionally clean. Staff very helpful and friendly . Food in Coach Bar just okay , this was the only let down. Pool area and changing rooms could do with a revamp . Apart from that really enjoyed our stay 👏"

"There has been a lot of investment in the hotel over the years & most of it very effectively invested. As in so many hotels we found the continuing use of a heavy duvet in a warm summer something that we cannot understand. I spoiled our stay. Too hot to use & too cold to do without. We find the same problem in so many hotels. It shows little regard for the customer as management must surely know that "one size does NOT fit all" when it comes to the seasonal changes in night time temperatures. You owe me the best part of a night's sleep!"
