We had a good overall stay in Kīhei and would recommend this condo, with a few things to keep in mind.The owners were very responsive and helpful. When issues came up, they handled them quickly. The freezer door would not shut when we arrived but was fixed within 24 hours. During that repair, the fridge water dispenser stopped working and was fixed within another day. Communication was excellent.The condo was clean and in generally good condition, with some minor wear and pre existing damage.Sleeping arrangements are tight. The listing says it sleeps 10, but that feels crowded. There are 4 bunk beds, 1 queen, and 1 king in an open loft with limited privacy. I recommend no more than 8 people, especially with only 2 bathrooms.The beach gear was not as advertised, but the owners provided a small refund so we could purchase what we needed.The condo itself was the highlight. Shared facilities need improvement. The foosball table was damaged, tennis courts were worn, and common area lights and fans did not work. The pool area was the biggest downside. The hot tub is small, jets were not working, and there was no lighting at night.The grills were clean and the grounds were well maintained.
