Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Collect all garbage and place it outside in the dumpster containers. The garbage shed is located on the left side of the parking area when you’re headed outside of the condo.
Place all used dishes and other (dishwasher-safe) kitchen items in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle. Please ensure the soap pod is unwrapped if necessary.

The host was very easy to get a hold of. The kitchen was well stocked with cook wear, glasses, cutlery and basic cooking items, and there were even beach towels chairs, umbrellas, beach bag and a cooler for us to use. We especially loved the view from the deck! We enjoyed having our breakfasts there in the morning and actually ate in a few nights so that we could enjoy the sunset while eating.

Location, location,location

the property is very nice. we are walkers and beach goers. the Ulua Beach parking fills up by 0800 so you should park your loaded vehicle at 0600 and walk back up the hill. then walk down and spend the day w all your beach stuff close and convenient. the West side of the Ulua shower complex has the best snorkeling. Island Gourmet sells papayas but no decent bread.

Perfect experience in Wailea

In my case, I was there by myself on a business trip, and the location was perfect for what I needed. It had every single thing you'd need as far as amenities, perfect instructions on how everything works in the condo, and an outstanding of the ocean. Parking was super-easy, right in front of the place. Air conditioning worked great, and the shower water was hot, quickly! Just due to the nature of my trip, I didn't get a chance to use the pool, which is maybe 40 steps away from the front door.

Picture Perfect!!!

The pictures in Tim and Carolyn's depiction of their property are spot on! The views from the lanai are spectacular, whether youre just enjoying the beauty of the property or watching the amazing sunset, the view is breathtaking. They have made a "things you can do" booklet for their guests that was very informative and introduced us to new things. I would highly recommend this property. We only hope its available on our next trip to Maui later this year.

Beautiful ,and Wonderfully Appointed Condo!

Very warm, cozy, beautiful condo, overlooking the park-like setting, and the ocean. Fantastically furnished, with so many amenities from automatic sun-shades that come down at noon to keep the condo cool, to bathroom and kitchen night-lights, to a stepstool to reach the glassware and the dryer, to the electronics equipment. Close to walking paths, great restaurants, and fun shops, as well as the beaches and the walking path along the coast from hotel to hotel. We loved it!

The views were great, the location was great. It was a downstairs unit and the people in the unit above were loud starting at 530am every day. The master bed was grimy ( mattress cover was stained) and mattress was covered cheap with a piece of foam. Bedding needed to be updated and hygienic. The condo needed a deep clean.

Beautiful Wailea cond!

We came to visit our daughter and stayed up country for a few days and then headed to the beach for the rest of our stay! The condo has gorgeous views and is in an awesome location. It is very spacious and clean and has everything you need for your stay! While it rained everyday while we were there at least we had a beautiful lanai to sit on and read our books! Tim and Carolyn were great to work with. We are hoping to come back again soon!

Nice tropical getaway

We have stayed at the Ekolu Village twice before in the past and have not been disappointed. The condo was clean and provided more starter kit essentials, laundry detergent, shower, shampoo, conditioner gels in wall mounted dispensers, etc., than most condos we have rented on the Islands. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the lanai every morning. The view is priceless and we were entertained by the number of whale sightings. Small critique comment regarding the bathroom configuration, the master & guest bathrooms are questionably reversed. It was disappointing that Maui County Fire Department no longer allows private BBQs on the lanais that we have enjoyed in the past; nearest open BBQs are close enough to enjoy.

Small issues.

There were a number of items that use batteries that should been checked. No barbecue on the lanai. We were told after we booked that insurance company required all barbecues to be removed. Unfortunately there was a condo unit right next door that was being remodeled and the noise was loud for a couple of days. Over all the view was exceptional and communication was excellent.

Great location. The view, the view, the view!

Condo was very nice and had everything we needed for our short stay. At first we assumed the mirrored wall in the living room and mirrored closer doors were to make the space appear larger. Then we were thrilled to see that they reflected the ocean so you had a panorama-like view inside and out, and made the rooms light and cheery. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great Value for an Ideal Location

At the time of booking (10 months prior to stay), the condo was very competitively priced compared to similar condos in the area. We traveled as a couple and this condo was perfect for two adults - ample room, nice to have two full bathrooms, AC, laundry facilities, a full kitchen with basic pantry supplies, and beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler). We did not use the pool because there were so many beaches nearby and we explored the island by car for daytime adventures. Location is really nice, especially if you enjoy walking. We had wonderful long walks in the evening to the path along the coast, through the golf course, and neighborhood in general. We are very glad that we chose this condo for our stay in Maui!

Lovely condo with incredible view. We wish we would have stayed longer than three nights. The view is so amazing that we decided to cook dinner there each night. Difficult to find a restaurant that could match that view. Also very comfortable and relaxing space with nice decorations. Large screen TV is very clear and high-quality. We want to come back.
