The unit sleeps 4 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, as well as a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. The lanai boasts gorgeous views of the pool and the ocean, relax and enjoy the breeze while watching windsurfers, whales breaching (when in season), and our gorgeous Maui sunsets. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need to make a great meal in your island home. The bedroom and living room each have a room AC unit to keep you cool.

Waiohuli Beach Hale is a peaceful oceanfront complex, conveniently located and within walking distance to many amenities, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and gorgeous beaches. The grounds are tropical and impeccably maintained, and include a large 60 foot solar heated pool, barbeque area, and shuffleboard right next to the beach. This place is hard to beat. I have stayed in multiple places in Kihei, but this complex has it all. This unit is literally next to the beach, across the street from a grocery store, and centrally located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a food truck site. The pool is heated and the grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. The parking here is easy and plentiful. Do yourself a favor and book here, you won’t be disappointed.

This property had everything we needed and just a short few minute walk away from the beach. We especially loved all the beach items you could need, like chairs, towels, and a cooler. The view was lovely and it’s located in a great spot.

This complex is quiet and has a variety of coffee shops, delicious restaurants, and a grocery store within a very short walking distance. The grounds are kept nicely and the pool was clean. Enjoyed access to the beach for early morning walks and stunning sunsets at night. We didn't prepare meals, but kitchen seemed well stocked. It was hot while we visited so the bedroom a/c was very appreciated. Bed was comfortable and there were ample hangers and drawers for unloading suitcase. Only suggestion: a pedestal or box fan for circulating cool air near/at bathroom door. We kept bedroom door closed to keep bedroom cool and living space a/c doesn't cool around corner to bathroom. Highly recommend this unit and location for your stay in Kihei!

Maui vacation 10/24

This condo is clean, quiet, centrally located and reasonably priced. The pool is heated and large enough to swim laps. The view is a slice of the ocean but close to see the sunset. It’s a one minute walk to a quiet beach. The location is walkable to a grocery store and restaurants. The management company is easy to work with and very responsive when the toilet needed to be repaired. I would rent here again.

This place was in an amazing location. You can walk to the beach without any shoes it is so close. It also has a less crowded peaceful beach for sunsets. The place also came with beach chairs and AC which was nice.

Perfect Honeymoon Stay

My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and it was the best stay of our trip. The pool and grounds are beautiful, parking is easy and safe, and the (basically private) beach is steps away. Nothing was more than a 5-10 minute drive and we were able to walk to the grocery store and multiple restaurants. The property was very clean and any questions we had were answered very quickly - they even accommodated early check-in and late check-out. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient place to stay in Maui.

Great stay

The unit had everything we needed for comfortable stay (management has replied that they will fix the living room AC). The property management company was super- friendly, attentive, and with great communications. They arrived to personally check the unit's condition. Unit itself was clean and nice with all the basics. Great beach, great pool, great lawn, beautiful well maintained gardens, and close to every store you'd need.

Great location, lots of turtles on the beach

We were very happy with our week long stay at this condo. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the grocery store, places to eat, and right on the beach. Heated pool was a plus, and we loved going out every evening to watch the sunset. There is a spot, a short walk down the beach where sea turtles would gather on the beach every evening. If you didnt walk to this spot, you could still see them easily from the shore. Condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It is air conditioned, but the main living area could get a little warm still at times. It was definitely not uncomfortable, but for sleeping, both my boyfriend and I prefer it to be cool. With that being said, theres a separate unit in the bedroom, so we typically just kept the bedroom door shut and it worked well for us, very comfortable temperature for sleep. Overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Maui Rejuvenation

Amazing property and unit. Right on the ocean which we heard the gentle waves in the night. It exceeded all our expectations. Only issue is with Valley Isle Property Management Team. I'd rate them a 2-3 star only. They were not very responsive; unit welcome info book very outdated on many issues. The code needed to enter the pool was wrong and only after 2 frustrating returns to try to enter, another guest gave us the correct code. In addition, I wasn't happy buying toilet paper for the unit when their tiny little stock was inadequate for our 10 day stay.

Kihei Condo stay January 2024

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo unit. The property management was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. The unit itself is somewhat dated (built in 78-79) but certainly adequately equipped for our needs. The air conditioning system is both noisy and relatively ineffective. We ended up not using it during our stay after we figured out how to turn it off. The outside temperatures were fine, and the lack of noise was a big improvement. At one point a cold spell brought chilly temperatures (for Hawaii). Because the air conditioning was installed through a window which could not be fully closed, we were a bit chilly as well. The balcony was a nice place to eat meals with views of the ocean and the swimming pool. We spent a lot of time there when we weren’t in the water or elsewhere. The location in Kihei was excellent: adjacent to the ocean and a beach, very close to local shopping and some excellent small restaurants. We would return to this location again.

Very Nice Property / Stay

The condo complex is right on a beautiful beach in Kihei. Great central location for exploring the entire island. Nice pool and perfect location for morning beach walks and watching the beautiful Maui sunsets. The view from the patio is wonderful. Condo has everything you need for your vacation. Our only critiques are that the unit is a bit dated and the portable AC units struggle to keep the condo cool. We appreciate that it has beach chairs, beach/ pool towels, two small coolers for your adventures, and boogie boards if you care to give that a try!

Great Stay in Kihei

We had an amazing stay in Kihei. The unit is as posted in the photos. The mgmt is very friendly and quickly responded to our inquiries. The reason for 4 stars is the unit is dated and the noisy A/C units in both living room and bedroom.

Perfect honeymoon

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this condo and absolutely loved it! Such a convenient location and so close to the beach! Spent a ton of time on the lanai and with sea turtles on the beach - couldn’t have asked for a better home!
