Overall, our stay was disappointing. The location and property helped boost this from a one star review, but in the end didn't win out enough.First, 4pm check in, which already seems pretty late, asked for flexibility, was told he'd let us know and did not. Office closes at 5pm, so only 1hr to get keys... but fine. Walk into the property at 4pm and it's a disaster. Bed sheets strewn on the beds, toilets and showers unclean, kitchen is a disaster with dirty dishes all in the sink, and the floors are covered in sand and dirt. Owner says cleaner left mid-clean and another person will come at 5:30pm. Cleaner arrives 5pm, we leave for dinner and get back at 7pm. They are NO WHERE NEAR DONE and say they need another 1-2 HRS! Mind you, I have an infant that needed to be put down for bed and we didn't have a place all day to wash bottles or anything. They leave at 8:15pm, finally -- and tbh, still not spotless, but we manage.Next, A/C in living room doesn't work. Owner schedules someone to come by next day while we're out to assess, and no coolant... Needs a full replacement. They have an extra, and finally that evening fully replaced.Overall, owner comp-ed a night's stay, and I know it was hopefully extraordinary circumstances, but it was an extremely disappointing start to our trip and if I didn't have an infant, maybe wouldn't have been as upset. Getting in to your place at 8:15pm is unacceptable. Location is good though...

We experienced plumbing issues twice which the owner attempted to place the blame on us. The property had an unpleasant odor, and we had to clean it ourselves. Additionally, when there was a possibility that the government would shut down the airlines, the owner was unwilling to work with us and expected us to absorb the full cost. The fan blades were extremely dusty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the furniture was very dirty. Most importantly, the owner was not very pleasant to deal with and came across as unkind. Avoid unless you need a bottom level. The owner should replace the all linen,mat and towels. Just look at the photos for yourself.

Dirty, roaches and roach traps on kitchen counters, in cupboards, in floor corners. Management said this was normal for a garden level rental but we've rented garden level units in Hawaii for 15 years without this issue. I really didn't want to cook or eat in the kitchen.

Awesome Maui getaway

Our family loved staying in this beautiful condo. The kitchen was well stocked, there was beach gear and towels and even 2 small coolers to use! The location is close to so many great beaches, and the pool on site was fun and easy, too. Kihei is perfect, with so many little restaurants and food trucks. We hope to be back!

We had an amazing time in Maui. This property had everything we needed. A pack & play was provided to us for our infant son. They had plenty of beach stuff and supplies to use. The proximity of the property to the pool and beach was great. And the grounds are kept in amazing condition, we could watch our son run all over the resort from our ground level lanai.

Great ground floor condo!

Beautiful complex and this ground floor condo was great! Patio opened to the shuffleboard courts, pool and hot tub. Great view and nice beach for morning walks. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property for your Maui stay

The apartment is on the ground floor and faces west. So you get great sunset views when you walk a short distance. It's very close to the pool area. The apartment itself has lots of amenities for cooking and eating takeout food. It's well maintained and upgraded. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

This is our 2nd time in this unit. Unit is full of all the things you need to enjoy a day on the beach or in the pool. Kitchen is fully equipped. Activities to do all week on site and walking distance to so many restaurants. Would stay there again!

Views and location

Easy walk to either the beach or pool. We enjoyed watching the sunset every night. Saw many turtles and could see whales in the distance. Would stay here again.
