Rules

Wet towels and bathing suits can be hung on outdoor chairs not on couch or kitchen table chairs as it ruins the rattan and fabric.
No Costco boxes allowed in unit as they carry cockroaches hiding inside. Please shut off TV's, lights and ceiling fans when you’re out.
No flushable wipes, band-Aids, pads, paper, towels or garbage in the toilet or it will clog and I will keep your damage deposit.

Hard as rock, check sucked I was given the wrong code - good thing house keeper was still there till 4:20 (check in at 3 pm ) and then check out at 11 am and house keeper came at 10am —- shower head needs to be replaced… over price was great for what I got - don’t get locked out - porch sliding door auto locks behind you!

Quiet and close to some great beaches

We stayed here for our second week in Kehei and found it to be quieter but closer to the beach than our first week was.We would definitely stay here again when we make it back to Hawaii again.

Great location and wonderful accommodations

My partner and I had a wonderful two night stay at this condo! This was just a short stay for us at the beginning of our two week Hawaii vacation and was a perfect way to kick start our trip and intro us to the beach life on the west side in Kihei. The location was perfect and the Jeff’s provide you with absolutely everything you need to make your beach time and stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again to enjoy the Kihei area.

Had a great stay. The short walk to the beach for our morning snorkel was perfect, love this location. Meals on the the Lanai were always nice watching the geckos and the birds. A perfect location for our Maui adventure. Would definitely come back to this unit again.

Great location for the price

The property is in an excellent location.. walking distance to great beach and restaurants. The complex was a bit loud in the morning and slightly dated, but clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the convenience of the provided beach chairs and golf clubs. The host was great a communication and being available for questions.
