Kihei Bay Vista #C-206 has a king bed and a queen sofa bed and can sleep up to 4 people. Two Smart TVs, appliances, dishes, pots, pans, small appliances, washer, and dryer. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation. Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. This property is one of the great finds for the price in Kihei. All units are 1 bedroom 1 bath so the property has a relaxed and quiet atmosphere about it. Guests come to this property year after year as they have found it a great home away from home. Kihei Bay Vista is just across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and a very long stretch of beach. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy unbelievable sunsets. The Kihei Bay Vista is centrally located to shops, restaurants, activities and is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Wonderful stay at Kihey Bay Vista

We really liked our stay in this apartment with the balcony to gather for meals with the family, the swimming pool and the easy access to the beach.We strongly recommend to anybody to stay at this place.

Great location and good for young kids

We came for a few days to visit friends, and this condo was perfect for our young family. We appreciated the beach toys, the pool, and everyone slept comfortably in the AC and king size bed!

Nice place

Nice place to stay in Kihei. The unit had beach chairs and umbrella. The place was very clean and had everything you will need. You will need car for the access to popular beaches and restaurants though.

Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

Kihei Condo

The property was well appointed and was a great base for us to explore the entire island of Maui. The kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach, including turtles. Would easily recommend this property to others.

Wonderful facility and location!

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was just myself and adult daughter. Plenty of room for us. The location is great, a nice beach within walking distance just across the road and restaurants just a mile or two down the road. The pool and hot tub were always clean and plenty of chairs. Would highly recommend!

Family Vacation

It was a quite little place. We appreciated that it wasn't next to the main shops and resorts. There is a lot of construction right now to repair the road, so traffic was a little difficult to get in and out of complex. Otherwise, the grounds were beautiful, quiet, and close to the beach.
