Extremely nice two bedroom Maui vacation condo with a slight Ocean, garden and pool views. Very modern and clean. Refurbished and modernized in 2014 with beautiful solid bamboo flooring installed throughout, completely repainted and the purchase of new bedroom, living room, and lanai furniture. Both Master and downstairs bedrooms feature comfortable new California King beds. Both bedrooms have new plantation shutters - no more rattling blinds! The living room features a newly purchased Queen sized sofa hide-a-bed as well as new occasional furniture in tropical style. The walls are decorated with stunning new photographic art. There is a brand new Flat screen Smart TV and digital cable box in the living room. The spacious fully equipped kitchen features generous cabinets, Corian counter tops, brand new stainless steel appliances, and designer lighting. Both bathrooms were completely renovated in 2017 with new tile and granite walk-in showers, new cabinets, granite counter-tops, mirrors, fixtures, and lighting. There are ceiling fans throughout, as well as air conditioners in the living room and both bedrooms. The full size washer and dryer are also brand new. This beautiful condo is fully stocked for your Maui Vacation and located directly across the street from the beautiful & popular Kamaole 3 beach park!
