We are located in the heart of Wailea at the Grand Champions Villas, close to Maui's best beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, the Shops of Wailea and surrounded by Championship Golf Courses. Grand Champions is a serene 12-acre park-like resort next to the Wailea Tennis Club and Wailea Blue Golf Course.

You are invited to stay in our beautifully remodeled, 2 bedroom 2 bath home with partial ocean view and Air-condition in all rooms away from home at Grand Champions Villas. The buildings and grounds are impeccably maintained with two sparkling pools, each with a hot tub and several BBQ’s. Ulua and Wailea Beach are just minutes away. There is also a 3 mile walking path along Maui's premier coastline that is only a 2 block walk from our home.

This condo has it all! Clean, calming quartz counters, new cabinets with soft closing hinges and drawers, sleek new showers and stainless steel appliances. New state of the art, ultra quite, Fujitsu air condition system, which has individual temperature controls in each room!

Our fully equipped kitchen and bar allow for effortless entertaining. Dining on the Lanai allows for the Hawaiian outdoor living experience. Enjoy an Island cocktail and view the sunset from the privacy of your Lanai.

The property was described as newly remodeled, I'm sure it was some years ago. The ice maker didn't work, the fan's needed new batteries in the controls, the toilet in the master bedroom needed to be plunged regularly, the stools at the bar were cheap and very uncomfortable, in the 2nd bedroom, the electrical outlet near the lamp was hanging out of the wall, the dirt build-up in the main bath and shower was substantial in the corners and ledges. Most importantly I asked for a late check-out due to a 10:00 pm red-eye flight and my wife is battling cancer. A 1:00 pm would have been nice. all we were offered was potential rental for another full day and night.Customer service was poor at best. The place was over priced. We have stayed on the Islands 41 times now, with multiple stays at the Grand Champions, this was 3 star at best. The house "Rule" book had information that conflicted with information sent via email.

We love and have stayed in many units at the Grand Champions. This unit had deferred maintenance and was dirty inside and out. There was mold in the washing machine as well as on the shower walls. The electronic lock on the front door didn't consistently work. Needs a good clean and maybe some games/puzzles in the unit.

The unit has a nice view. The furnishings are dated and the place could for sure use a deep cleaning. There are stains on the walls and base boards. We had to wash the comforters and beach towels right away. The beach towels had a musty scent that attached itself to anything that came near them. The ice maker does not work and the trays were mostly broken. The headboard in the second room is not attached and bangs against the wall. The garbage disposal switch is hanging off of the wall. I hate to complain, but for what they are charging I've stayed in better units at this property.

I've stayed at several units at Grand Champions over the years. It's a quiet and convenient property with 2 small pools and close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches.I've stayed at other properties in Wailea including a couple on the beach but this is my favorite.There were two small code glitches with this unit. I received a message that the unit was available for check-in several minutes before 4pm. We were 5 minutes away at the Shops. When I tried the code a few minutes before 4, it wouldn't work. It finally worked after 4 pm, so I must assume it's on a timer. Also, the gate code for the pools was incorrect in the information provided. Someone had opened the gate for me when I entered. I was alone when leaving but you need a code to get in AND get out. I was trapped without a code. Luckily, a couple arrived while I was determining a course of action and let me out and gave me the correct code. Codes should probably be confirmed.The unit itself was as advertised and pretty clean, which is not always the case in Maui with high turnover and little time between guests for a good cleaning. Beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning excellent. The sound on the TV had issues but a soundbar corrected that. I have not found a rental unit that has sharp knives and this one is no different. I always bring a kitchen knife to use if doing much cooking. The unit is very quiet. It is on the top floor up 2 flights of stairs which could be a problem if you have heavy suitcases.

Grand champions 156

Master bedroom furniture needs updating-no headboard and diy nightstand. Also two bottom drawers in master vanity broken.Felt like most of the unit needs a fresh coat of paint. I would have liked a table inside to eat from rather than having to eat at counter.Views from lanai were outstanding. Loved having our coffee in the morning and watching golfers. Also great sunset pictures!

Overall, the property looked just as advertised and we were satisfied with the stay! AC is a must, great amenities, and overall ambiance of community. The only downside was this property has a bit of an ant problem - was not uncommon to see them crawling in the bathroom, sink, outside, etc.. need to spray down or something.

Great location and very updated compared to other units in the same complex .

Great experience and would rent again for my family . The only issue we had was the parking spot . It’s next to a guess parking and a curb so when the guess don’t park right it’s very tight to get in . Called Anke and she was on it . Great unit and the double shower was a plus

Pictures do not do this apartment justice

Loved the apartment. The living room is bigger than it looks in the pictures and is very comfortable. The beds are comfy, the towels are soft, and the place was immaculate. The beach is not really a walk away if you have a toddler (unless you're OK with possibly carrying a 40lb weight there and back!), but driving was fine by us. There are 2 pools at the complex, one is adult only, they are both pretty small. The owner was very fast to respond. My only comment is that it wasn't possible to get a slightly earlier check in than 4pm even though the calendar indicated the unit was vacant the night before we arrived (the owner said no and filled in the blank) but that's nothing to really complain about! Maybe it was rented. And I would still certainly rent this quiet, comfortable, spacious, and decently priced apartment again!

Nice Condo with a view

Nice condo on the 2nd tee box( I think). Rented a Tesla and couldn’t find a place to charge it in Wailea. Avis is aware of the problem. Owner was communicative and does a nice job.
