Ekahi Ocean Studio is a studio perfectly located in the lower village of Wailea Ekahi (#8C), a lush-landscaped paradise, just steps from the oceanfront pool and to world-renowned Keawakapu beach. This studio is perfect for couples seeking a peaceful, romantic retreat. You can spend your days lounging at the beach or oceanfront pool, running along the nearby beachfront pathway, exploring nearby Wailea restaurants and resorts or watching the sunset on your private Lanai.
Ekahi Ocean Studio is located on the "sunny side" of the island at Wailea Ekahi Village in the prestigious resort community of Wailea, Maui. This tropical paradise is set amongst 34 acres of tropical landscaping and is steps away from the Oceanfront pool and covered pavilion with a private entrance onto the world-renowned Keawakapu beach. Our studio is perfectly located on the central resort greenway, just a few steps to the oceanfront pool and situated far away from the thru-roads and traffic noise of Wailea.
The property grounds feature 34 acres of tropical gardens, four swimming pools, paddle tennis, shuffleboard, a private lanai and gas barbecue grill.
In addition to the resort amenities at Wailea Ekahi Village, this studio comes with parking for one vehicle, wifi internet and cable included.

The resort's oceanfront pool deck will undergo major resurfacing From Aug 10-Oct 16, 2026. Our studio is located very close to this project area.
What to Expect:
Daytime noise and dust: Weekday construction (approximately 7am–5pm) will generate significant noise and dust that will impact our condo given its proximity. Weekdays during work hours will not be a quiet period for reading, relaxing, or daytime activities at the condo.
Beach access: The Ekahi private beach gate will be closed. Beach access during construction is via the nearby public beach access point (very short walk from property). This remains open throughout the project.
Pavilion status: The oceanfront pavilion facilities (kitchen, bathrooms, gym, BBQ) may be available but are subject to unexpected closures during active construction. Do not plan activities around pavilion access.
During Construction, this condo will be ideal for: guests who will be out exploring Maui, at the beach, or away from the property during daytime hours, those seeking an oceanfront location at a reduced rate who can work around construction noise and
guests with flexible schedules who don't require a quiet daytime retreat
During Construction, Not Recommended For:
Remote workers or guests needing quiet workspace during the day
Guests planning to relax on the lanai or enjoy peaceful interior time
Those prioritizing the pavilion or private beach gate access
Rate Adjustment: This period is offered at a significantly reduced nightly rate to reflect the construction-related disruptions and noise. By booking these dates, you acknowledge and accept the construction conditions described above.
