Aloha & E Komo Mai to our South Kihei Beach Town condo!

This spacious 2 Bedroom Ocean View corner condo is located on the top 4th floor of the B building in the Kihei Ali'i Kai complex. This condo is just steps away to Kamaole 1 Beach Park as well as many fantastic shops, restaurants and other amenities!

The unit is conveniently located; a short drive will take you to some of the islands most popular attractions!

The condo is approx 900 sqft & comfortably sleeps 4, with a king-size bed in the upstairs loft bedroom and a queen size in the downstairs bedroom. Both beds have deluxe mattress toppers as well!

The condo is also equipped with high speed internet and cable TV.

Since the unit is ocean facing, it benefits from the trade winds to help keep the condo cool, along with brand new UV blocking window tint! Air conditioning units in the condo along with ceiling fans help to keep the condo temperature comfortable when the trade winds aren't blowing.

For the foodies, the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils should you want to make a fantastic meal of your own rather than eating out. Grab your favorite ingredients from the grocery downstairs or the farmers market up the street!

The large lanai is big enough to fit the whole group to enjoy a meal outdoors or to relax after a day at the beach. Both the ocean and Haleakala are visible from the lanai as well! Sit and watch the beautiful, ever changing Maui sunset all year round! During the winter months, you can even catch a view of humpback whales! You can also do a fair amount of stargazing at night right from the lanai!

The condo also comes fully equipped with beach towels, chairs & various beach gear to enjoy your time spent at the beach.

Basic "Aloha" starter pack also provided! For example: Starter pack of Toilet paper, Paper Towels & Soaps.

Other amenities provided at the complex are a refreshing pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQ areas and onsite parking.

Our Condo is within walking distance to many shops and many wonderful restaurants. We provide a list of our favorite places along with contact info, as well as our favorite places to go and things to do!

If you are looking to golf, some of the best courses on Maui are located close by in Wailea and Makena. If high end shopping is more your style, The Shops of Wailea features more than 70 shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

The condo is so well located you can choose to forgo a rental car and still have a wonderful vacation all within walking distance! Bus stops also run across the street. Or if you want to explore the island and find some adventure, you are a 1.5 hour drive to the summit of Haleakala, a 20-30 minute drive will get you to the lava fields! 45 minutes away from "Jaws" and Ho'okipa where you can see some of Maui's best surfers(and some kooks too!)The Road to Hana also offers many sights and roadside shops. Pick a direction and go, you will find a good time!

Great location and easy access to nearby activities and attractions. The pictures on the VRBO website accurately show what is listed. Kitchen is well stocked and has basic oils and spices. Spacious lanai with views towards Molokini. Would strongly recommend this unit to others. Mahalo.

Beautiful rental so close to the lovely beach. We were able to watch the sunset every night. Well equipped kitchen. It was so kind of our hosts to deliver a new beach chair for us to use. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly go back to stay again.

Josh and Christi were wonderful hosts. Communication was quick and friendly, and it was easy to adjust the dates for my stay around the flights I needed to book. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our 6 day stay in Kihei. All the beach gear was in great shape, and the beds were comfortable. I slept on the couch so my grandmother and her friend could use the beds, and slept great in front of the lanai. The Kihei Ali'i Kai is always an amazing location in Kihei for getting to the beach and walking to any shopping and restaurants you want to do. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the lanai, and watching whales with our morning coffee. Having the option for both drip coffee and Keurig cups was an added bonus. I would definitely come back if I'm bringing friends to see Maui.My grandmother had a great time celebrating her 81st birthday here in Kihei. Mahalo for hosting such a beautiful condo!

The location was fantastic. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants (be sure you try The Cinnamon Roll and Coconuts).My only complaint is that the photo of the view from the balcony is not accurate. But everything else was great.

No AC or even fans were on when we arrived and it was blisteringly hot to the point we had to leave and let it cool down. I also found it rude to ask the tenants to leave these off at any point during their stay. We rented this for our wedding night so I would have expected a bit more care given.The building itself is a bit of a MC Escher maze but it had decent amenities, the location was convenient and we enjoyed the large porch.

How can I possibly give more than 5 stars?!!!What a complete delight to step into the Condo and everything was just PERFECT! Clean! Organized, thoughtfully curated and comfortable beyond belief!Communication was so easy and the complex is QUIET! Let me tell you how nice that is! Everyone you meet is smiling and giving you Maui love!The views are absolutely amazing! Steps to the beach is extremely accurate. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance! You’ll need that walking due to all the great food around.Also Safeway and Target will deliver to you! What a blessing when you r so beat and relaxed from your day at the beach!There is a great book on the table listing so many wonderful suggestions. Also the breeze at night off the balcony was soothing! Ok, now a thought. I drove the entire road to Hana, it takes special care. Before you embark, consider your comfort level on roads that are narrow and sometimes only can be passing by one car. Next time, I’m taking the tour bus! There is another road I drove Kahekili highway. PLEASE READ UP FIRST. Talk to the locals and assess it. Once up there, going thru it is your only option!Your hosts, and you will pick this Condo make sure that you are cared for. My prediction? In the future this will be highly sought after, so don’t hesitate!I can’t wait to come back!!!!!Mahalo to Josh and Christi for being exceptional and welcoming!

This was our first Vrbo stay. We scheduled this stay for my wife's birthday and we were not disappointed. The property was much better than expected. It was very clean and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. Our hosts were more than accommodating. Answering all of our questions promptly, and accurately. The apartment is as beautiful as on the pictures. It's spacious, airy, very well decorated, and on the top (4th) floor, so the views from the generously sized balcony are also great (if you are looking in the right direction :)). We had a hiccup with the entry door code, and Christy called us and helped resolving the issue right away. Overall, we really liked the place and would definitely stay there again!

Great location

Took my mom to Hawaii and decided to stay here because there was a lot of things (food & shops) within walking distance. The beach is also across the street. The unit is on the 4th floor with stairs and elevator access. Not wheelchair friendly as there are additional stairs to get to each unit sections. It’s a good way to get your steps in for sure! But it also gives every unit a nice view without looking into a neighbor. This has high ceilings as well as a loft so it does get warm but leaving the doors open in the morning and evening really does help cool the place down. There are also AC units in the living room and bedrooms as well as multiple fans and ceiling cans, which we left on low to help with moving the air. The stairs are spiral so may be difficult for some people to navigate. The owners also provided a Brita water filter (refillable) in the refrigerator so we didn’t have to buy bottled water. Beach towels were also provided along with laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee pods for a keurig, regular coffee maker, tea, stevia, as well as some other miscellaneous condiments. Overall happy with the unit and location. We had a great stay!

Great Condo! Comfortable & Well-Equipped!

After being Maui residents (Wailea) for 13 years, we recently returned to the mainland. We were so excited to return for a visit. This condo was just perfect for us! It was so comfortable with a beautiful view, a spacious lanai and everything we needed. Plus, the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.
