Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I dealt with very obstructive and inhospitable behaviour from the host. Not something I have ever experienced in Kigali which is one of my favourite cities to visit. I was ushered to checkout of the hotel at 1:30am due to logistical issues the hotel has with Expedia. They said they had no relationship with Expedia and could not receive the monies I had already paid. They tried then to make me pay twice rather than discuss with Expedia, who have their hotel on their platform. It was an awful experience. There was also used soap bars in the bathroom.
