A solid 10, hands down. It's conveniently located (walkable) in a hot spot of Kigali yet just far enough removed to be a quiet retreat!! The host was patient with our less than predictable military changes and the staff were present, personable and professional. Leaving was difficult but it's now my favorite must stay when family and friends visit.
