This is an amazing place to stay on your holiday in Kigali. The host Promise is a great guy and will make sure you have a pleasant stay. It is a good location in a nice neighborhood and not too far from the AirPort

For the price, perhaps a cold shower, no toilet paper and power sockets hanging off the wall is to be expected. The place was clean and in a reasonable location. Promise, the manager, was friendly during checking in, but sadly absent when required later on. This was important as another guest had an argument over the phone... shouting from around 9pm until 2.30am and resuming again at 7am. Asking repeatedly to cease had no effect and the hotel staff failed to intervene. It's a shame really as the hotel probably would have scored 4/5 (mainly on value), but due to lack of sleep, it gets 2/5.
