104 Surfscoter Lane is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom two story vacation home in the popular West Beach Kiawah Island area. This home offers spacious accommodations for a group of 8 with a screened porch, expansive deck with serene lagoon views and updated interiors, only a minute walk to the beach.

The downstairs level includes an open living and dining area with a separate eat-in kitchen, recently updated with all new stainless appliances. This Kiawah Island home offers plenty of space to gather and spread out. There is a screened porch just off the kitchen which opens to an expansive deck overlooking the lagoon and a second living area over the garage with flat screen TV and comfortable seating.

104 Surfscoter Lane boasts 2,856 sq ft of living space and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located downstairs with a king size bed, private bath and soaking tub, walk in shower, TV and private deck access. The remaining 3 bedrooms and another casual living area with TV are located upstairs. The second master includes a king bed and private bath. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. These bedrooms share an updated hall bathroom. There is an additional loft area open to the downstairs with two comfortable couches to lounge on after a day at the beach and a TV for entertainment.
