The primary suites are havens of luxury, each offering its own unique charm. The main floor hosts a spacious secondary primary suite with an en suite featuring a tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, a built-in tub, and a dual vanity. No smoking, no pets, and no events, no exceptions will be made. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Elevator at home is restricted to use for guests with mobility challenges only and only available upon request/approval. Pool has an electric heater and can be heated during shoulder seasons ($175 per day), electric heaters are not able to keep up in temps consistently under 50 degrees so it is not for use in winter.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
