4BR, 3BA renovated Vanderhorst home on a pond

Large, bright clean open concept home with plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Kiawah Island. Bathrooms renovated and entire home painted inside and out in 2020.

This home is typically not on the rental market but available exclusively for a long term winter/spring rental. Access to Kiawah Island Club available with 3+ month rental.

Three queen bedrooms downstairs with luxury linens from Europe, Sferra towels, and NEST bath products.

Upstairs bedroom has two double beds, two twin beds and one trundle day bed (two twins) with a full bathroom including free standing shower and separate bathtub.

Our favorite rooms in the house are the sitting room for coffee in the morning overlooking the pond, as well as the screened porch, perfect for a large group to grill and enjoy Kiawah’s perfect evenings over dinner.

House has a fully stocked kitchen for the gourmet cook. Upstairs you will enjoy a separate TV loft area or office. Hardwoods and sisal rugs throughout downstairs living areas, carpet in bedrooms, tile and marble in baths.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as an arcade/game room and barbecue grills.
