Cool and comfy space with its own entrance and privacy. It has a lovely outlook onto the garden and is fully equipped for your stay. A very short walk to beautiful beaches, bike track and cafe. Narooma boasts one of the top golf courses in NSW with stunning views.
Our place offers everything you need for a short,medium or longer stay. Also pet friendly. The kitchen has a microwave, electric fry pan and sandwich maker. Just at the front entrance there is a BBQ for those who wish to cook. At beautiful netted Bar Beach you can swim in crystal clear water if the surf is not your thing. We also have a seal colony at Australia Rock. Join our fishing and whale watching charters. Special recommendation is ‘Underwater Safaris’. You can hire bikes in Narooma and cycle the beautiful bike track from Narooma to Dalmeny.

We had the most wonderful stay in Jan and Jim’s studio. Jan sent us many suggestions about cafes, eateries and things to do in the area, it was fantastic! The studio was more than perfect, cosy, extremely clean, well organised. **A perfect little coastal escape – 10/10!**We had a wonderful long-weekend stay at Jan and Jim’s studio on the beautiful Sapphire Coast. It was the perfect little retreat, thoughtfully designed, exceptionally comfortable and full of lovely personal touches.Jan’s communication was absolutely first-class from beginning to end. She was such a thoughtful and welcoming host, even sharing some delicious homemade ginger cake with us — a lovely gesture that made our stay feel extra special.The studio itself was immaculate, with a gleaming bathroom, a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette with all the essentials, including utensils and wine glasses. The temperature was perfect throughout our stay, and we didn’t even need the heater, although Jan had kindly left an extra blanket should we need one.Despite being situated beneath the main house, the studio was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Access from the street was easy, with good lighting and plenty of on-street parking in the quiet residential street.One of the unexpected highlights was the beautiful green valley setting, along with the purpose-built garden planted with native species that attracted an abundance of beautiful birdlife. It was such a pleasure to sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.With the beach and coastal walks so close by, the location is ideal for a relaxing Sapphire Coast getaway.
