We had a wonderful stay at Under Canvas Mount Rushmore. The setting, the atmosphere, and the way the property blends comfort with the Black Hills made it a great experience for our family. The UnderCanvas Team deserves a lot of credit — everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The tent setup and amenities were next level, and the overall environment was exactly what we hoped for. It’s a great base camp for families to visit the surrounding areas.

From check in to check out, our stay was 5 stars. Curtis who welcomed us was very welcoming as were all staff. Our tent was clean, equipped with all we needed and had gorgeous views all around. We had a clear view of Mt. Rushmore on our porch. The meals we had from their onsite restaurant were very good. We enjoyed our total glamping experience here. Highly recommend!

I need to first start out by saying the staff are absolutely amazing. There were some staff that had only been there for a few days, and they were so polite and accommodating. The tents were really well maintained, the bed was super comfy and the ability to see the stars at night was the absolute best!! I can't say enough about this place and how fantastic it was. From the staff, to the food, to the accommodations... we made memories to last a lifetime thanks to this place!!
