Ski-in/Ski-out Condo w/ Private Balcony for Stunning Tree & Mountain Views!

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features high-end finishes throughout including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful bathrooms. There is also private laundry. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Lone Eagle is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool and hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful stone gas fireplace and cozy furniture. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and features tall pines and mountains in the distance. Enjoy the sounds of Snake River in the spring, summer and fall.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and the dining area comfortably seats four. There’s a private washer and dryer and detergent has been provided for your convenience. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with tile surround and glass enclosure.

Not pictured-all of the bedroom. There is NO dresser and we had to use dining room chairs to place our luggage on and leave in the dining room. It was a terrible look. Bedroom has a desk so one piece went on there. 1/2 the closet was available which is expected as we know the owners need space as well. Doors slam all day-I stay in while husband skies. This was nerve racking, like 30 - 40 times a day. Some of this may have come from housekeeping as they have space on the same floor and were exceptionally loud for hours as they cleaned out the space. It makes your own door move too, despite putting deadbolt on. Workout room and lobby are nice in appearance but heavily scented which kept us out of that space due to allergies/asthma. As a result of these three things I would not stay in this building again. Otherwise, kitchen was great including a surprise of a crockpot which I used daily! Square footage was very nice and roomy. Ski in/out was perfect. Husband enjoyed the hot tub after skiing and appreciated the very nice robes provided. Location is great and accessible to anything you want/need. Parking and availability of luggage carts was nice. Shopping carts were a very nice touch to get your groceries to your room! Management was responsive and and caring.

Perfect rental for a ski trip to Keystone. You can store you skis in the lockers on the first floor and can walk 5 minutes to the gondola base at River Run. The unit is well stocked with kitchen utensils. Very nice unit, 1.5 baths. Washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom and bathroom were very nice.

Just what we were looking for

The location is great, a short walk to the village yet tucked away being quiet and scenic. The condo is roomy, well appointed and has everything one might need. The management company supplied a generous amount of towels and soaps & shampoos plus even bathrobes that were nice to slip on to enjoy that first cup of coffee on the balcony listening to the nearby stream. Staying here gave us a great getaway.

Great location, but getting tired and in need of a refresh. Main TV over fireplace did not work, kitchen sink faucet was broken and in need of replacement and carpet was dirty and worn out and in need of replacement.

Short ski vacay

Perfect for a quick trip to the mountains. Close to the Denver Int. airport. I’ve been at other ski in/out listing that were dependent on snow conditions. This was a true ski in/out. Great accommodations. Kitchen well supplied with cookware. Plenty of extras, steam room, heated underground parking, pool, close to restaurants and ski village. I would stay here again.

Great location, adequate accommodations. Plenty of towels, blankets, and cooking utensils. Bed was comfortable. Could have more TLC by owner, as kitchen faucet was barely hanging on... I crawled under the sink to hand tighten fixture so it was usable. Bathroom right sink clogged and starts filling after 20 seconds of use. Oven was clean, except for the residual oven cleaner that I had to wipe out before using. Could not get food to heat up in the ceramic bowls when microwaving... only the bowl gets hot, not the food. Skiing was great with the super location.

Great trip!

I had a wonderful trip with my wife and sister in law. First time ever skiing and it was so beautiful! Easy access to the keystone village where there was lots of food options/drinks. The view from our room was gorgeous. Beds were comfy!! They provided box fans which we were super happy about. Overall we would definitely visit again and stay at Lone Eagle!

True Ski-in/Ski-out Luxury

Perfect placement on the mountain. 5 paces from trail to locker room with boot dryers. The hot tub had the best setting of any other. (Under a fir tree that is lit at night). The sauna steams up quicker than any ever seen. The overall feel of this condo is luxury with carpeted halls and dark decor. The room can house (4), but (2) would be more comfortable living. No grill on deck. Underground parking was a bit tight. Steps across bridge to river run. This place will make you spoiled. Elevator needs to be faster.

Relaxing Fall Weekend

Enjoyed our stay here in mid-September. Very nice to sit on patio and enjoy the mountain views. Hot tub was very nice and relaxing. Just a short walk over the bridge to the village - pleasantly surprised that quite a few restaurants were still open ( I was told most close first of Oct thru mid Nov). Only complaint - 10 a.m. checkout felt rushed and seemed unnecessary in the off season. Opened our door at 9:50 am to take some stuff to our car and cleaning crew were in the hall waiting so made us feel even more rushed; wasn't the best way to end a relaxing weekend. Also, we are charged significant fees which are to cover cleaning, so asking guests to take out their own trash seems excessive. A two day supply of coffee would have been nice as well. Aside from this it was a great stay.
