Our Advantage



All of our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher detergent (approximately a 3–4 night supply). Guests may purchase additional products locally.



Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.

There is parking available for 2 vehicles.



Age and Occupancy Restrictions



You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo.



Maximum occupancy at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME.

Follow all building rules regarding noise, parking, and common area use



Failure to comply with any rule listed here may result in an automatic minimum $300 charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 minimum for a house party).



If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance, guests will be responsible for any and all fines incurred.



If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you may be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remaining balance of your stay.



Parties



NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.



If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint, security call, excessive trash, or property damage), you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement of damaged items. Charges will be a MINIMUM of $1,000.



A party completely voids the damage waiver.



If you intend to come and party, please rent elsewhere. Property Manager is serious about protecting these homes for owners and responsible guests.



Parking



Parking is limited at this property.



Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 parking spot at the property. Additional vehicles may be parked in designated first-come, first-served guest parking spaces when available.



Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum.



Some properties may have maximum vehicle height restrictions for underground parking.



UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may recreational vehicles or trailers be parked at the property or in any Keystone overflow lots.



DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
