Check-in address & directions please!

The bathroom and kitchen were clean but the carpeting and the sofa were dirty. Also, there was so much furniture in the main room that it was difficult to get around in the place. The fireplace surround was dirty and could have been much more beautiful. The worst part was not receiving an address of where to check in until we had asked 2 strangers where to go. Once we finally found the correct place to check in, the person working couldn’t tell us EXACTLY how to get there because it was his second day on the job. Checking out, on the other hand was a breeze. We replied to a text and left our keys on the counter. Perhaps this lack of communication about where to go was a Covid oversight? I don’t know, but after driving for many hours it was very frustrating to not have the exact address of where to go to check in.

Unit shows it’s age

The unit looked aged and not in a good way. There were spots on the carpet. An area rug has a permanent raised part that I tripped on a lot. Full kitchen was nice and best of all was the balcony overlooking the pond. Great to sit out to have coffee and relaxing after the sun went down.

Good studio unit, great view.

Location was really good and the view of Keystone Lake is great. It is a studio and advertises for up to 5 to stay, that would definitely be tight, there were 2 of us and it was perfect. The unit is older, but clean. Screen door to balcony is ripped, but everything else in working condition.
