The room was big and the views were amazing. The bed was comfortable, the shower was huge, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and the AC worked excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

My room was fairly clean. Hair in shower, but the worst was the chewing tobacco pouch stick to my wall. So Gross!!! Computers were down! Water machines weren't working. Out of bottled water. Literally the WORST stay I have ever had!

wouldn't stay here again

The gal at check-in didn't seem to know what she was doing. Long line, took forever and I had to come back down to the lobby to get my room key card rekeyed because it didn't open the door. Had to do this each day. Maybe other rooms are better but the shower floor could use a good cleaning.

The front desk was very accommodating, offering an early arrival and a late departure. Keystone is generally quiet during off hours and I was able to keep my window open overnight.

Not a good experience

The room was 80 degrees. AC did not work. They brought a fan and said to open window. Did not offer a room switch. Told us to turn ac off then on and that it would then work which obviously didn’t fix it. Did not answer our call to the office / front desk when it didn’t work. No one at front desk when we went down there. Will not stay again. Also had to park a long ways away and wasn’t told could park wherever on property as others did that were not even parking spots closer to hotel.
