Ski Run 303 gives families a remodeled Keystone base with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and slope views from the balcony, with room for eight.

Parents can claim the primary suite with its comfortable bed and TV, another pair settles into the second bedroom by the updated hall bath, and the kids will race up to the loft, where two beds, a TV, and a nearby walk-in shower bath make a perfect hideaway. Two bathrooms keep the morning rush moving.

The living room is built for togetherness: leather sofas around the fireplace, a smart TV for movie night, and a dining table long enough for board games and big breakfasts alike. The full kitchen, complete with a counter bar for cocoa and appetizers, handles everything from pancakes to spaghetti night, and the in-unit washer and dryer keeps the ski socks clean all week.

Girls weekend!!

This was a wonderful location for us--close to everything that we wanted to do and far enough away from all of the "city" activity. Very clean and well maintained--and full of all of the things that we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely return. This would be a wonderful--ski/snowboard location as well. Thank you for allowing us to use your place.

Recently renovated apartment in a nice spot

Clean and newly renovated apartment. We enjoyed the space and the location.Only downside was the woodburning fireplace which possibly smokes the whole place and creates a lot of dirt/dust, hence we refrained from using it.

Wonderful Location!

Short walk to Peru Lift. Really enjoy the underground parking. Close proximity to food and ski shop. The condo was bight and clean. Good amount of kitchen supplies. New appliances worked well. Plenty of slepimg space for 3 generation family out to ski.

Loved this condo! Have never stayed in one before. It was recommend by our daughter. Loved the coffee provided, along with the full kitchen and dishwasher!!! Loved the garage spot provided for this condo. Only complaint was the TV remotes. Difficult to work. Would highly recommend!

Great location and just as described

Beautiful view of the slopes. This unit is close to the elevator and so convenient to get to the parking garage. The night we arrived there was lots of snowfall. Instructions on accessing the parking garage could be clearer or maybe we were just exhausted. The kitchen has new appliances, great cookware and plenty of dishes and utensils. We were grateful for the whole unit humidifier and the individual humidifiers provided. There were lots of extra pillows and blankets, too. The pool and hot tub were great after a day on the slopes. We were the only ones there every time we went. We would stay here again!
