Our condo sleeps up to 4 people and features:

• Bedroom: 1 bedroom with varying bedding configurations (please check with staff when booking to ensure suitability)
• Living Area: spacious with plush sofas (including murphy bed), natural stone gas fireplace, TV, and large windows offering slope or village views. a private balcony accessible from the living room.
• Kitchen: fully equipped with all necessary appliances and tools for cooking meals. Breakfast bar and dining table for shared meals.
• Bathroom: 1 full bathroom with shower/tub combination, vanity, and toilet.

• Local Dining: Head to Ski Tip Lodge to savor delicious cuisine in a cozy atmosphere at this historic 1800s stagecoach stop-turned-restaurant. For a more casual vibe, check out The Goat Tavern, where you can enjoy pub fare, craft beer, and live music in a lively outdoor patio setting.
• Places to See: Take a scenic drive over to Dillon Reservoir, the largest body of water in Summit County, and enjoy boating, fishing, and hiking in this stunning setting. • We want to reassure our valued guests that while the new Kindred Resort is taking shape through the 2025 seasons, we're working diligently to minimize any potential disruptions. Although we don't anticipate major inconveniences, please be advised that there is a possibility of some construction noise during the day, as core structural work continues at the neighboring resort.
• Parking: 1 space per booking included
• Views: Condos can have village OR slope views
• Condos may be in either the Jackpine building OR the Black Bear building
• At check-in, you will receive a unit with the same specs as the images shown. However, the decor, view and furniture layout may differ from photos.
